As the Founder and CEO of I AM INTEGRITY, Juanika has made it her life’s mission to develop a generation of youth who are aware, confident, and equipped to rise above adversity. Her work goes beyond programs—it’s about transformation. It’s about shifting mindsets, breaking cycles, and building leaders from the inside out.
A retired law enforcement officer with over 25 years of service, Juanika has seen firsthand the challenges facing today’s youth. From the streets to the schools, she understands the realities—and more importantly, the solutions. During her time as a School Resource Officer, she went beyond her badge—mentoring students, building trust, and coaching the middle school girls’ basketball team, using the game as a platform to teach discipline, confidence, and teamwork.
But her impact didn’t start there.
From teaching and coaching in Baltimore to counseling youth facing emotional and mental health challenges, Juanika has always been on the frontlines of change. Every experience has shaped her approach: meet people where they are, speak truth, and equip them to become who they were created to be.
Through I AM INTEGRITY, she is building more than a program—she is building a culture. A culture rooted in accountability, leadership, awareness, and purpose. Whether addressing human trafficking, mental health, or life skills, her mission is clear: prepare individuals not just to survive—but to lead.
Juanika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Coppin State University and a Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University Maryland. She is also a bestselling author, sharing her story to inspire strength, healing, and authenticity in others.

Gidget Felty
Executive Director of I AM INTEGRITY - York
Gidget Felty serves as the Executive Director of I AM INTEGRITY-York, where she plays a pivotal role in guiding the program’s mission to instill core values and integrity in today’s youth. With over 25 years of teaching experience, Gidget combines her extensive background in education with a deep passion for developing character and leadership in young people. As a former Dean of Students, she brings expertise in behavior management and student discipline, which she channels into creating impactful, integrity-driven curriculum.
Gidget is enthusiastic about the I AM INTEGRITY mission and vision, which focus on equipping students with the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges with honesty, responsibility, and strong moral principles. She hopes to inspire the next generation to understand the importance of living with integrity, believing that these values are key to building not only personal success but also stronger communities. Through her role, Gidget is committed to making a lasting impact, helping youth become confident leaders who embody integrity in every aspect of their lives.
Richard Hart
Community Engagement Coordinator
Richard Hart brings over 30 years of dedicated public service, leadership, and advocacy to his role as Executive Coordinator at I AM INTEGRITY. A proud Baltimore native and graduate of Carver Vocational-Technical High School, Richard’s journey has been shaped by a passion for lifelong learning, mentorship, and community impact.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Sojourner-Douglass College and a Master’s in Public Policy with a concentration in Economics. His professional development includes an Executive Certificate in Juvenile Diversion from Georgetown University, multiple leadership certifications from the Maryland Police & Correctional Training Commission, and credentials in working with juvenile sex offenders.
Richard’s career spans roles from lab technician to program specialist with the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services, where he served for two decades in case management, supervision, and program development. His work reflects a consistent focus on youth empowerment, restorative justice, and systems improvement.
A lifelong learner and creative thinker, Richard is passionate about writing, travel, and community service. He believes in the power of curiosity, empathy, and collaboration to drive lasting change. At I AM INTEGRITY, he supports programs that promote awareness, equity, and opportunity for youth and families.
