CEO & Founder

Juanika Ballard, a native of Baltimore, Maryland.  She is passionate about educating, encouraging, and supporting our youth.

Over the course of several decades, Ballard has dedicated herself to giving back to her community in diverse and impactful ways. Her unwavering commitment to cultivating and uplifting youth has been a driving force in her life. Her experiences included teaching fourth-grade summer school, coaching basketball in Baltimore City Public Schools’ and serving as a counselor in a program sponsored by Johns Hopkins School of Mental Health, designed to support children with emotional and mental disorders.

Today, Juanika remains passionate about mentoring youth and young adults, as well as coaching youth basketball. Her belief in being the catalyst for positive change in her community is the guiding principle by which she lives. She purposefully strives to make a profound impact on the lives of the youth she encounters.

With a career spanning over two decades, Juanika is a seasoned law enforcement officer. Her diverse experiences have taken her through various precincts and specialized units, but it was her role as a school resource officer that she held as her most meaningful contribution.

Education has always been a priority for Juanika. She holds a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology from Coppin State University and a master’s degree in pastoral counseling from Loyola University Maryland. Committed to ongoing learning, she actively seeks out additional training and seminars across various fields of interest.

In her entrepreneurial capacity, Juanika serves as the CEO and founder of Eagles and Owls Consulting, LLC. The company specializes in providing personal safety training to employees who offer in-home services. Juanika is also a best selling published author of Women of Color: A Collection of Stories Behind the Shade. 

Juanika, along with her spouse, has celebrated nearly 15 years of marriage and is blessed with five wonderful children and two cherished grandchildren.

Mellisa has dedicated her career to helping organizations and entrepreneurs realize their full potential. Her expertise in business strategy, organizational development, and leadership training has empowered countless businesses to achieve new heights of success.

Beyond her work with Lambert Elite Consultant, Mellisa is deeply committed to giving back to the community. Her involvement with I AM INTEGRITY, a federally recognized nonprofit organization, exemplifies her dedication to social impact. As Executive Director of I AM INTEGRITY, Mellisa plays a vital role in shaping the organization's mission to save our youth by educating, motivating, and inspiring them to show up as their best selves.

Her strategic approach and inspirational leadership have been instrumental in guiding I AM INTEGRITY toward its goals of fostering growth, creativity, and integrity among youth.

Mellisa's contributions extend beyond the professional realm; she is a mentor, speaker, Lambert Legacy Financial expert and advocate for positive change. Her commitment to making a difference is evident in every aspect of her work, and she continues to inspire others to join her in building a better future for generations to come.

Director of Education

Gidget Felty serves as the Director of Education for I AM INTEGRITY, where she plays a pivotal role in guiding the program’s mission to instill core values and integrity in today’s youth. With over 25 years of teaching experience, Gidget combines her extensive background in education with a deep passion for developing character and leadership in young people. As a former Dean of Students, she brings expertise in behavior management and student discipline, which she channels into creating impactful, integrity-driven curriculum.

Gidget is enthusiastic about the I AM INTEGRITY mission and vision, which focus on equipping students with the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges with honesty, responsibility, and strong moral principles. She hopes to inspire the next generation to understand the importance of living with integrity, believing that these values are key to building not only personal success but also stronger communities. Through her role, Gidget is committed to making a lasting impact, helping youth become confident leaders who embody integrity in every aspect of their lives.
