I AM INTEGRITY – Sports Edition is a dynamic seven-week program designed to instill the core values of sportsmanship, character, and coachability in student-athletes ages 9-15 years old. Rooted in the principles of P.R.I.D.E, this program prepares young athletes for success in team sports and beyond.

Through structured instruction, hands-on practice, and team-building activities, participants will develop the mindset and skills necessary to work hard, accept constructive criticism, and compete safely while demonstrating respect for teammates, coaches, officials, and the game itself. The program serves as a foundation for student-athletes aspiring to compete at the collegiate level by reinforcing the importance of discipline, teamwork, and ethical decision-making in sports and life.
